My areas of focus include boundary setting and promoting autonomy, helping parents establish respectful limits while allowing children to make age-appropriate choices and decisions and be independant from a young age
accepting and validating children’s feelings, their interests and points of view which help building trust with parents
having lived in a joint family, I provide insights into multi-generational dynamics.
